Christmas on the Fox Art and Craft Show and Christmas Tree Decorating Contest November 28 and 29, 2009 Kane County Fairgrounds St. Charles, IL

Art of the Heartland, Inc. presents its Christmas on the Fox Art and Craft Show on November 28th and 29th from 10 to 5 both days. The show will be held in the new Kane County Expo Center at the Kane County Fairgrounds located on Randall Rd. between Rt. 64 and Rt. 38 in St. Charles, IL. There is a $2.00 admission charge - mention this newspaper for $1.00 off admission. The art and craft show features the handmade arts and crafts of approximately 90 artisans. Luscious baked goods, fresh baked bread, cherry food products, homemade salsas and sauces, and chocolate lollipops! Unique jewelry, stained glass, metal art, handmade soaps and lotions, gorgeous crochet scarves, felted hats and purses. Fine woodworking, ironwork, painted gourds, folk art, carved Santas and photography (including sports) will be featured. Fun recycled art and Christmas decor in abundance will be for sale at the show. Come and enjoy the delights of the season!
In conjunction with the show, Art of the Heartland, Inc. is also having a Christmas Tree Decorating Contest. Businesses or organizations in the area will have ornately decorated trees to view and put you in the Holiday mood and you get to vote for your favorite! A catered lunch as well as muffins, scones and flavored coffee will be available.
Art of the Heartland, Inc. has run the Autumn On The Fox Art and Craft Show during the St. Charles Scarecrow Festival for over 20 years. Many of your favorite crafters from that show will be here - so don't miss it!
